Night of style and rhythm for Al Bustan Centre and Residence ‘s annual staff party

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, gathered its employees recently at Al Nahda Banquet Hall to celebrate their annual staff party themed “Cow Boy”.

 The event was filled with fun, excitement and individuality which was attended by around 300 employees who gathered to enjoy the evening. The ballroom was transformed into a cowboy-themed party as everyone was dressed in their checkered, rugged work wear, a classic rodeo hat and cowboy boots and a warm jacket.

The celebration culminated with a video clip of Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer sharing his gratitude and welcoming everyone for the event, followed by Director of HR, Liza Ortiz  & Arun Kumar – Resident Manager addressing the crowd. The event featured a wide array of entertainments including showcasing talents of the staff, a raffle draw prizes such as electronic appliances and around AED 12,000/- in cash which was won by many staff members during the party.

Recognitions were given to ‘Employee of the Year’, ‘Associate of the Year’, ‘Supervisor of the Year’, and ‘Star Employee of the Year’. To make the evening livelier, there were variety of games organized for employees and management. The event concluded with a lavish dinner buffet where employees and management were glad to be part of the celebration.
