- Hotel employees take annual survey to maintain highest standard of service to guests and visitors
Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently conducted its annual Employee Satisfaction Survey which aims to help gain informative data from hotel staff and management in providing the best service to the hotel guests and visitors.
Conducted every year, the main goal of the survey is to assist in building a sense of trust and cooperation among the hotel employees and the management. The areas covered in this survey are: Organization Morale, Job Satisfaction, Human Resources Support, Organization Communication, Organization Leadership, Work Place Condition, and Pay and Benefits.
The responses from the hotel employees help the management to understand them better and take necessary actions on overall status of work place culture. The reviews will be further used for working on the long term organization goals and employee engagement.
Everyone has showed their support and provided their objective views and opinions on what they have experienced while doing their daily work in the property including employees from Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Mall Management, Sales and Marketing, Accounts, and Purchasing.
