Under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the 6th edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition (ACRES 2019) will kick off this Tuesday 19, 2019 and will last for March 21.
The exhibition is organized by Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and Real Sector Business Group in Sharjah.
The exhibition will be held at Expo Sharjah with the participation of a large number of real estate and investment companies in the UAE and the region.
ACRES 2019 will be witnessing the participation of a large number of companies and institutions specialized in various domains, such as real estate development and contracting companies, building and construction materials companies, real estate brokers, banks, financial institutions, architectural design services companies, interior design companies and a number of concerned local government departments.
Also, insurance and legal services firms, real estate management services companies, real estate owners, engineering firms and project management firms will take part in the exhibition, amid expectations that the 6th edition of ACRES 2019 will attract a large number of visitors and those who are concerned with the real estate field.
H.E. Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Real Estate Sector Business Group, stated that the participating companies and institutions in ACRES 2019 strive to make use of Sharjah’s position as a unique and attractive investment destination, especially with the remarkable hike of the new shopping malls in Sharjah and modern residential complexes, as well as the luxurious real estate projects.
Al Suwaidi shed light on the new approach of the real estate developers. The approach which is focusing on the human well-being and building multifunctional residential and commercial complexes, with the advantage of the UAE’s reputation in general and Sharjah in particular, in addition to being a global ideal destination for living, work, and investment.
He added: “ACRES 2019 has managed to enhance its reputation as one of the most significant real estate exhibitions in the whole region. Exhibition space is fully booked, with the participation of new exhibitors in this edition. The participating companies and institutions are anticipating a great success for them, which keep pace with the remarkable growth of real estate sector in the country, and amid a heavy turnout by the investors and individuals to acquire various property units, especially with the diversification of the provided financial facilities and choices.”
Al Suwaidi underlined that the organizational bodies are seeking to promote the real estate sector to exploit the opportunities offered by this year’s exhibition. This emphasizes the great importance of the ACRES 2019 – the most prominent real estate exhibition in the UAE as a prestigious global platform with a view to stepping up the investments of the developers, buyers and sellers alike.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, 16 workshops will be held and presented by a number of specialists in constructions engineering, investment, law and taxes, and architectural engineering fields. Additionally, diverse and free courses, that cover a number of relevant real estate areas, will be organized and the participants will get a certificate of attendance by the end of these courses.
In the same context, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department will organize, on the first day, a workshop on “Mortgage Procedures”, while Sharjah Chamber will organize a number of training workshops, such as “Nature of Contracts”, “Marketing in a Minute” and “Facilities Management and Operation”.
On the second day dated March 20, Sharjah Chamber will organize another number of lectures and workshops, such as “Application of VAT on Real Estate”, “Construction Contracts”, “Choosing the Design of Your Home”. In the last of the exhibition, another workshop will be held under the title “Steps of Selecting the Appropriate Contractor”.
In turn, Sharjah City Municipality will organize, in the exhibition’s last day, a workshop on “The Attractive Environment for Real Estate Development” and another lecture on “Cracks in Concrete Structures”. While Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre will organize a lecture on “Arbitration in Settling Real Estate Disputes”.
