Q: What is your background? Education, Work Experience?
Dr. Izzadeen: I am a cosmetic dentist Study dentistry at Odessa national university in 1998, working as a dentist since 2000 Diploma in implants from the University of Bern. My main work is the NANO VENEERS without cutting teeth. With teeth ceramic thickness 0.2 mm. The traditional veneers’ thickness is 2 mm and needs to remove too much from the original teeth. What I reach to with my dental lab technician and the modern machine is to do it very thin as 0.2 mm

I have taken many extra education courses in cosmetic dentistry. Veneers and non-prep veneers Face fillers and botox Photography courses related to my dentistry work.
Q: How did you get your idea or concept for your business?
Dr. Izzadeen: I love being a dentist to relive people’s pain it’s something I love and I love art and handwork because that I do the non-prep veneers for the last 15 years. To make them smile without teeth drilling.
Q: What was your mission as a doctor and as an Entrepreneur?
Dr. Izzadeen: Besides my role as a dentist I like to educate people about how important to have all your teeth and mouth health. It’s effective the body wellness and nice teeth give you the trust of yourself to educate children that mouth health is important for growth. Dr. Izzadeen: I started as a dentist in 2000 and established Manchester medical center in 2004 Full management and business running in 2008.

Dr. Izzadeen: Altogether 20. 7 dentists, 7 nurses, and other helping employees.
Do you know who your competitors are? Actually, they are not competitors.
Dr. Izzadeen: They are Colleagues. We all working For the benefit of humanity.

Dr. Izzadeen: Last 15 years I do only what people call it Hollywood smile We call it non-prep veneers To have nice white shiny clean teeth was only with one method is to cut your original teeth and cover it with dental ceramic But with more and more discovering and trying me and one more dental laboratory technician we could use the new ceramic in that way will allow us to place the very thin veneers without drilling or losing the original structure of the teeth Placing LUMAX NANO VENEERS. Dr. Izzadeen: All my efforts were to reach this level and more I am so grateful and thankful for every patient trusted and supporting us. We will continue achieving and improving
Q: What made you choose your current location?
Dr. Izzadeen: I am living here for 40 years. For sure I will choose this place to continue my life and career.
Q: Do you work locally or have international clients as well?
Dr. Izzadeen: 70% is locally and 30% from outside the country.
Q: What is the future of healthcare in terms of this pandemic situation and how it is going to impact the world?
Dr. Izzadeen: How has technology, such as computers and the internet, impacted on how you conduct business? Technology is very important in the dentistry world it is helping us to improve work with less time etc.

Dr. Izzadeen: As I said before that we are all working as a team. Helping and supporting each other.
