A culinary tour of Lebanon awaits diners as they treasure traditional delicacies at Ayamna, specially created by the famed Ayamna Executive Chef Ali El Bourji. Chef Ali’s Table, a brand-new lunch concept with weekly alternating menus takes place every Friday at Ayamna at Atlantis, The Palm from 1pm until 4pm.

This warm and welcoming restaurant delivers delicious set menus hand selected by Beirut born Chef Ali, who is one of the most prominent Lebanese chefs in the region having introduced the much-loved cuisine to 15 different countries across the globe.  Chef Ali’s table highlights the different tastes of Lebanon, from Mountain, North, South and the capital Beirut. Each week features a delectable selection of traditional cold mezze, hot mezze, baked goods, main courses and desserts with special dishes originally sourced from the featured regions to bring alive the different tastes of Lebanon. Each set menu for adults costs AED195 (food only), children ages 5-10 for AED 98, and kids under five go for free.

1st Friday of every month: Mountain of Lebanon week: The Mountain region is well known for perfect climates to grow the finest vegetables and fruits in the Middle East.

2nd Friday of every month: North of Lebanon week: The North features a long coast line and is famous for fuller foods such as Kebbah Sajiyeh, as well as an amazing selection of seafood.

3rd Friday of every month: South of Lebanon week: The South is famed with its climate to produce herbs and wheat, moreover it carries a high reputation for its virgin olive oil, Saj bread and Frakeh.

4th Friday of every month: Beirut week: The capital Beirut, the multinational city has an exceptional blend of food inspired from different flavours.

Chef Ali is a senior member and judge in the Emirates Culinary Association and he has also appeared as a guest judge on shows including Masterchef Arabia and Matloub Chef.  The celebrity chef’s immense expertise in this culinary field has enabled him to bring the true spirit of Lebanese cuisine to Ayamna and will delight diners wishing to try something different.

Bespoke entertainment brings the lunch alive with traditional Lebanese singers inspiring an enchanting Arabic atmosphere.  A special drinks menu will feature a blend of signature cocktails and mocktails inspired by the fashionable bars and districts of Lebanon. The wine carte highlights the finest Lebanese wine brands and their own indigenous grapes.

The family-friendly lunch invites guests of all ages to dine, with the option to reserve the private dining room that holds up to 14 people. Diners have the choice to retreat to the Lebanese style outdoor terrace, also known as the Stayha, for a la carte Shisha from 2pm with prices from AED 100.

Ayamna is translated as “our memorable days” and is a Lebanese restaurant that pays homage to the tastes, flavours and traditions of Lebanon.
