THREE GREAT BRITISH CHEFS JOIN FORCES IN DUBAI MARINA

Marina Social Dubai, a concept acclaimed by visionary Michelin starred British chef, Jason Atherton, presents a collaboration set to impress the city’s culinary connoisseurs on Tuesday May 16th. As the world travelling charismatic chef makes his way to Dubai to take over the kitchen and partner with fellow influential chefs, Colin Clague of Rüya Dubai and Tristin Farmer, Marina Social’s Chef Patron and Jason’s right hand. From 7 pm to 11 pm, a 5 course menu, prepared by the talented trio, will be available at 350 AED per person for food and 500 AED per person with beverage pairing.

For one night only, all three chefs will translate their passion, experience, heritage, and deep connection to the world of food and dining, into a distinguished menu that reflects their personalities. Having previously shared a culinary space with Colin Clague in Singapore, Chef Jason Atherton, makes his way back to Dubai, to show patrons what happens when an Englishman, a Scotts and a Manx invade the kitchen for an accent filled night.

The anticipated dinner will feature a carefully curated menu with a few of his signature dishes including freshly shucked Oysters, Feta Borek, sashimi seabass, and seared Foie Gras with pickled Turkish cherries and Simit. Jason Atherton will be bringing some specialties from Pollen Street Social, including the Whole roast and honey glazed duck, and the Banana soufflé with rum & raisin ice cream while Tristin Farmer cooks a few Marina Social favorites, with special canapés and social sweets.
