SUZANNE HUSSEINI TAKES OVER RAMADAN AT MARKET KITCHEN

  • The local celebrity chef Suzanne Husseini teamed up with Market Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine Grant Ballinger to bring the modern “flavours of Arabia” to the popular Abu Dhabi restaurant

Suzanne Husseini, the author of the bestselling cookbook “When Suzanne Cooks”, is taking over Market Kitchen with 4 four extraordinary menus throughout the Holy month of Ramadan that offers guests the delight of the true Arabian family-style dining.  

Suzanne Husseini is a Dubai-based celebrity chef who frequently conducts live cooking demonstrations on Middle Eastern cuisine, and has been a featured presenter at major food events such as Taste of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and Gourmand’s Paris Cook Book Fair. Suzanne already collaborated with Market Kitchen in 2015 in revamping the Friday Table Brunch with her special Middle Eastern twist. 

Market Iftar by Suzanne Husseini, brings an arrays of Arabic dishes served continuously throughout the meal and placed front and center for all to share.  Suzanne works side by side with Chef de Cuisine Grant Ballinger to transform Market Kitchen’s traditional Iftar dishes into a mouthwatering banquet of sensational Arabic cuisine.
