Roberto’s Dubai celebrates Mother’s Day on May 14 with dishes from all the chef’s own Italian mamma’s

Roberto’s Dubai, the Italian fine-dining institution, brings the Italian Riviera to the heart of DIFC this Mother’s Day on May 14.

“A mother is a person who does the work of 20. For free. We are 7 children in the family, so our Mamma did the work of how many? ”, wonders Andrea Mugavero, Executive Chef of Roberto’s.

It’s a well-known fact that Italians have a particularly strong affection of their mums. The mother, and grandmother, is at the very heart of the home, not to mention the kitchen, so the chefs at Roberto’s Dubai decided to pay tribute to them by designing a menu made up of dishes from the number one woman in their lives, their mammas, in celebration of Mother’s Day on May 14.

Roberto’s Dubai invites all mums to a most authentic and loving dining experience, with a menu inspired by the Roberto’s Dubai chefs’ childhood memories, as they share some their mothers’ most beloved home-made recipes in celebration of true Italian comfort food.

Roberto’s Executive Chef Andrea, and Chef’s Alessandro and Fulvio have each designed a dish that was originally created by their own mothers, and the resulting menu, is available on May 14 at Roberto’s Dubai. This beautiful and filled with amore menu is AED350 for four courses, including a homemade dessert, just like mamma used to make.

Roberto’s Dubai offers uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa, on a choice of one of the two outside terraces, for those wishing to opt for dinner under the stars. If dining on the outside terrace doesn’t pique your interest then choose from two additional options, in either the cosmopolitan relaxed environment of the Roberto’s Lounge or in the more sophisticated fine dining restaurant.
