Renault Middle East is celebrating the sporting spirit of the Gulf Cup by awarding the wining team with 24 brand-new Renault Talisman models.
The players and coaches of Oman’s national football team were awarded the cars at a special ceremony hosted by Ministry of Sports at Intercontinental Hotel Muscat on 30th January.
Renault has had a strong ‘sporting spirit’ running through its DNA for more than four decades. Embodying the French car brand’s mantra of ‘Passion for Life’, Renault has enjoyed over 40 successful years in Formula One motor racing as well as Rallying and other forms of motorsport, showcasing the brand’s passion for performance, competition, and winning.
To congratulate the Gulf Cup champions on their sporting spirit and celebrate the team’s ‘Passion for Life’, Renault Middle East awarded 23 players and one member of the coaching staff with the keys to a fleet of brand new Talisman models. The Renault Talisman is Renault’s executive saloon which combines refined comfort with cutting edge technology to deliver a truly sophisticated driving experience.
Later this year, Renault will be bringing its own unique style of sporting spirit to the roads of the Middle East with the introduction of two brand-new models to the Renault Sport line-up – the Megane GT and the Megane RS. The new performance-focused hatchbacks have been built with insights from Renault’s team of experienced motorsport experts and are designed for people who love to drive.
