Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday strongly condemned unprovoked firing and shelling by Afghan forces at Pakistani Chaman border.
The Chief Minister expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives during the incident.
He also expressed condolences and sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
Shehbaz Sharif said that targeting FC officials appointed on census duty was a highly condemnable act.
He said that targeting civilian population by Afghan Forces was open aggression which was strongly condemnable.
